Content
For starters, I think your cheat sheet should be reworked to make it look a little more concise. It's too long. You should also add notes onto your purchase orders to let people know what you mean exactly, and WHY that's a good route to take. Also, Aegis of the Legion is an early-game item and should be taken early on. You can upgrade it to Runic Bulwark later, but Aegis should be taken asap if you're going to take it. Your introduction is fine but your picture is too large. I think you should also describe yourself as a player a bit. Pros & Cons are very generic and can apply to any champion; try talking about the pros & cons that apply to just Garen. You have a good set of masteries, but have you thought about another set? Maybe 21/9? Other people might prefer another setup. Runes are ok, but swap out Greater Glyph of Magic Resist for Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist. You won't be fighting many AP champions top. You should keep the flat MR if you know you're facing an AP champion, though, so cover that in your guide. But just know that scaling MR runes are best for top lane in normals. You might also want to try armor pen runes since Garen doesn't scale off of bonus AD. For skill sequence, is that a maxing order that applies every time? Or should you change it depending on the situation? Nice job on the summoner spells, farming, and jungling section. Cover warding, though. And for farming: do you ever Decisive Strike minions? Be specific here, not generic for champions as a whole. Nice job on the items, but maybe talk about the importance of Infinity Edge since Judgment can crit. You should also have sections on gameplay, which would cover: synergies, matchups, counters, ganking, laning, and teamfighting. Your pictures are helpful, as well. You also have a few spelling/grammatical errors, so look over that. c:

Appearance
You have a decent amount of bb coding here; I'm impressed. However, you don't offer anything unique to the table and that's what people look for: eye-catching graphics and new material. Astrolia's guides are so popular because they're unique and anyone can identify her style. Maybe you should come up with something notable for yourself as far as graphics and coding go. It isn't bad at all, it's just not remarkable. Maybe try adding banners or other things to spice it up.

The Bad
You have a few spelling mistakes and your guide isn't really a guide for Garen. It's too generic and could be used as a guide for any solo-top laner. You should really go in-depth about all stages of the game and champions you'll be facing, but make those explanations personalized to Garen himself. Why are your items good for him, specifically? How do you explain farming with his kit? Just make sure you're detailed.

The Good
Pretty decent bb coding and a nice framework for a guide that has a lot more potential. You have what I consider to be the bare bones of a guide. Once you expand it a little, I think you'll have a very popular and nice guide for the MOBA community. It just needs some work. :)

I have used this build many times and it completely dominates almost anyone solo top.

Good guide, but definitely not how I build Garen. I suggest building a GA first. Some think I'm crazy and maybe I am. But We're friends so I'll show you later. :P

Armor pen reds are better than AD. Also, item build is pretty bad. IE after cleaver is never a good idea, and hydra is not a possible option - not even if super fed.

Activate force to comment when you edit your build. that will keep people away that simply downvote builds for fun

Then you shouldn't have posted it. I like your guide, but anything incomplete is not worth upvoting.

Also, fix your item choices.
