forgot we were talking about 3v3. but still. Kog doesn't take as much time to farm up as you think, his lanephase isn't exactly great, but is alright, especially if you can just stand back and farm up creeps which will get you very big pretty darn fast. Kog + Janna can counter most of the metagame by themself if they make it to lategame, which still isn't that hard, granted stalling is harder but not impossible.
yes Ashe is still significantly worse then other adc's, but there are still reasons to pick her. her utility, ult and ability to farm up extremely fast is matched by no one and she doesn't need a lot of support in the sense that she's still going to have a 2 second global stun no matter if you lost lane or not.
