Content:
Credibility
Is not "ideal", you should update it to stay relevant, cause there are some item changes!
Cheatsheet
Best to group the items into one build and categorize them based on their usefulness and when Ezreal really needs them.
No blue build??? o.o It's like the hot deal now!
WIP
DO NOT ADD AP Ezreal OR JUNGLE Ezreal in your guide, your guide is not a compendium! Furthermore jungle Ezreal is total **** unless in the hands of a pro anyway. This will only lead to people downvoting your guide cause of lack of viability.
Masteries
I am changing this in my guide too, but DO NOT TAKE HAVOC! With proper maths you will realise that it is the worst mastery of all time.
You should include alternative masteries too, such as 21-0-9 and 19-0-11.
Summoner Spells
Personally prefer Barrier over Cleanse. Ezreal does have a reliable escape, and Cleanse is only a good spell vs CC heavy teams, which are not always the case. I prefer the ability to bait with Barrier, or it's use to just simply survive damage.
Items
Boots 3 pots not viable anymore, and explanation is wrong anyway.
Wouldn't get Berzerker's Greaves so soon, Ezreal isn't really AA dependent early and mid game.
As I mentioned, do mention the Blue Build.
Frozen Mallet SUCKS on Ezreal, he isn't rightclick-to-win. I would prefer Mercurial Scimitar, Iceborn Gauntlet or Warmog's Armor.
Farming
Already mentioned in gameplay segment, no need to duplicate.
Overall:3.5/6
The fact that most of the information here isn't really well explained, and some obvious flaws in content prevented me from giving you a high mark.
Appearance:
Do use columns and add BBCoding and frequent paragraphs, your guide is extremely white!
Brackets on + and - signs on Pros/Cons.
Appearance does seem really messy, not visually appealing to me at all!
However you got the basics.
1/3.
Does this guide bring anything new to the table?
It doesn't really stand out in both content and appearance, so I can't give the mark.
0/1
Overall: 4.5/10
No vote.
As I have said, I will NEVER vote on a guide of a champion that I have made a build from to prevent me from being biased in judgement. However do take note to improve on the things that I have mentioned.
As I say to all guides, this is just my opinion, and feel free to take what you want from my review!
Hope my review has helped!
Ezreal review:
Gauntlet is just garbage, please no...
2-3 lifesteal quints is easily the strongest start in the game at the moment
boot start sucks on pretty much everyone.
Might wanna add a IE-rush section.
Might wanna add an explanation of when to use which build since i didn't really feel like i got any smarter whatsoever in that department from reading this guide.
pm me or post in my thread with responses.
"Gauntlet is garbage."
I guess those pros in the lcs really don't know what they're doing then huh.
But he is right about the starting items. Boots 3 is pretty trash. Longsword 2 isn't that amazing either. LF + dorans is best.
First off, you may want to hold off leveling up your W until it's the only thing left to level, because it serves no purpose but a mana drain. Rest is good. Sorry, I'm gonna be quick here. Trust me I went over the important stuff, but I have to actually sleep lol..
The guide:
It's really nice. Nice layout and you actually talk about how to play ezreal at all stages of the game. You also know what you're doing concerning starting items like dorans, etc, and building him other ways. Your matchup section is also really nice. If there's one thing I'd add, it's just more matchups. They don't all have to be generic either. You can include how to play against certain kill lanes, or the iconic Jarvan Leona lane, that will inevitably dominate, everything, because it is godly. If you didn't get the hint, I really like that lane. Otherwise, nice build. +1

Readability (2.4/3)
EDIT: I think items should be placed after skill explanation. In that way you have pre-game setup, champion knowledge, in-game information like items and then gameplay. Nothing major but I like it my own way ^^
Content (3.8/6)
Skill order is good. I also like that you point out that you should never take your skills at the spawn.
Skill explanation is okay, but nothing special. Don't forget to mention that your ultimate CANNOT be interrupted
Would be really nice adding some paragraphs and removing some of the doubled or tripled bb-coding.
Please never build ANY ad carry full glass cannon. Only do it when you are playing a 5-man premade and you have a team that will be peeling for you all day long. Also, I dislike double lifesteal items in this build. Better go for something mobility related - or just Iceborn Gauntlet as semi-defensive item.
Agree with your other builds though, even though you should cut it down a little bit. You also don't really explain when you should use which build.
You should explain a few things though:
When to pick warmogs and when to pick frozen mallet: I often go for Mallet when chasing/kiting is most important, warmogs when your enemies have gap closers (so you won't be using the slow)
Mercurial scimitar should only be picked against suppresses or exceptional cc, and I often just leave it at the QSS and finish it as 6th item. Often you are better of just using Cleanse
Finally, in the few games I've played ezreal, I liked rushing Sheen for extra poke damage and all-out burst. What is your opinion on this?
Runes: Flat magic resist should be optional when facing an heavy magic damage lane. For example Zyra.
Masteries are good but there are alternatives which you don't mention.
Personally I would not auto-recommend cleanse in blind pick. I just run barrier because it is stronger in lane and you don't know the enemy team composition.
Never stop farming indeed, but generally I only find myself farming a lane is when the lane is pushed to my turret really far, just taking two or three waves in order to unpush it. Nothing special, but it just came to mind. Thought I might share it with you ^^
"Keeping the lane on your side of the river is beneficial" - That is season 2 style. In season 3, we push lanes to 1. deny golem xp advantage or get xp advantage yourself by killing minions faster 2. push lanes, get as much global gold as you can. This is a rather painful mistake because it is really bad advice :\ (I can give you a compilation, roughly 20 hours long, of all the first blood kills I've gotten by taking golems, not being pushed back, or just by pushing the lane and getting level 2 the normal way - BTW: That brings me to the following note: you should mention golems as a factor in the early game)
There are some other things I'd say a little bit differently, but the main lines are good.
I also like the fact that you explain AD carry positioning and focusing: 'hit anything in sight'. You could add a little explanation on kiting: moving inbetween auto attacks. The video on positioning is great (I am planning to use it in my own guide as well), I've seen it before and it is something everyone should have seen once.
Others (0.6/1)
I disagree with a few matchups. I remember Corki being a really strong pick against ezreal and I think the same goes for ashe.
Final score: (6.8/10)

While writing this review, I noticed I was a lot more critical than I have been before. Therefore I've decided to be a bit mild on you with the ratings. Especially when you'd consider that it were all minor things. EDIT: You've written an awful lot so there's also more to disagree with, don't you agree? :)
You have your upvote, but only by a small margin :)
I think there is a lot to work on still, and I hope you will get to that asap.
