It seems like a stupid question but, if I click on "Publish" nothing happens and its still not published after trying this about 10 times. And yes I saved it

Hey Guys,
Im sorry for my english i know its not the best. At the moment my mains are: Lee, Zed and Yasuo. Thats all you have to know. I better dont tell you what i "reached" in Season 3, but i promies High Elo in Season 4 :D.

I assume you mean this guide? It seems to be published. You probably couldn't see it 'cuz of a cacheing issue; try overriding your browser cache if something like this happens again.
