can you explain why you choose coin over spellthief's?
Zyra is very good at poking and zoneing, has more AA-range than most ads's, can very easily proc the spellthief's for gold

this is a good guide but could use more formatting and coding to make it easier to read.

Hey! Nice Zyra Guide you got there. Here are some suggestions.

1. About mastery... I would not get all the Gold Masteries that are there in Utility section. Before, you needed many GP10, but now, with items such as Ancient Coin coming up, you do not need as much GP10 anymore. ( Ancient Coin itself is 6 Gold Per 10) And also, you do not need to keep buying wards after wards now with Ward Limit Change, so there aren't Vision Wars anymore - you just need Sightstone to keep providing visions, with occasional Vision Ward when Oracle's Lens is not enough. So it's not like you need GP10 like Scavenger . Rather, you would go for a little more tanky masteries for early game benefit. If you can win a lane from tanky stats, you will gain WAY much more than what GP10s will do!

2. Do NOT forget Doran's Shield Start! DShield gives such huge early game advantage against Champions like Sona, Lulu, and Annie - those supports that need to AA for harass.

3. I would say maxing Q is not that bad with Poke Lanes such as Lucian, Ashe and Ezreal. ESPECIALLY Ashe. Ashe does not have the greatest trading potential in lane, so you need as much damage potential as possible when laning with Ashe. Also, Ashe's Q provides amazing utility even without Zyra's E BEFORE 6. But, with lane partners like Vayne (you want to keep them there to apply as much Silver Bolt stack as possible), Kog'Maw (He has no escape, and his Bio-Arcane Barrage will apply more damage than your Q ever will), definitely max E.

4. Ezreal + Zyra is REALLY good. Like, deserve-5-star good. :( With both bringing heavy poke, having great disengage from Jungle, AND Ezreal's gap-closing ability, this lane brings SO much synergy.

As weird as this sounds I'm not a huge fan of building straight AP on support Zyra. I go Rylai over Liandry's just for the slow and HP. For me I feel my job is to get my carry big and protect him/her as much as possible. Zyra can carry team fights pretty easily with her ult. I think its down to preference weather you want damage or utility. I personally prefer utility just for the protection of the carry.

I really like your guide! It's nice and in depth, and goes into a lot of detail on matchups and stuff. But I do think you could probably include a few other things as well:

• Skill sequence, and why you you chose that order. For example, I also play support Zyra at times and my skill sequence changes every time I play! I know for a fact some people actually like maxing her q, deadly bloom, first for the extra damage. But of course, you don't have to change yours xD I'm just throwing out a new perspective :)
• More detail on the items, please? :3 You only have this small block on it, and I think it would be nice if you could explain more about why you chose those items over other viable builds. For example: You said Liandry's Torment in the situational build up at the very top, but some people might choose this over Rylai's Crystal Scepter. Could you explain why you thought Rylai's Crystal Scepter was a better choice?
• The final thing I'm going to suggest is maybe some screenshots of her combos. Some new players might not know what they are.
