This is a guide specifically to becoming platinum tier in League of Legends. This guide assumes you are already level 30 and will not act as beginnerâs guide. I go through, step by step, the process of climbing through bronze, silver, and gold as a mid-lane champion. Included within this process will be:
1. The mentality going into the game
a. What to do with toxic players
b. How to stop a losing streak
c. The way to ensure improvement
d. Winning a losing game
2. How to win the laning phase / how to stop a snowball.
a. Harassing vs. CS
b. Warding and roaming and ganks
c. Grouping for objectives
d. All-ins
e. Overarching strategies
f. Map Awareness
3. The mid-game phase
a. When to team fight
b. How to position for team fights
c. Your role in team fights
d. Objectives vs. farming
e. How to be the shot caller
f. Map control
4. The late-game phase
a. The way to close out a game
b. Baron vs. pushing
c. Tower diving vs. stalling
d. Beating a stronger team
e. Objective control
5. Improving your mechanics
a. Knowing your champion
b. Outplaying
c. 1 on 1 strategy
I have reached platinum on three separate occasions, twice on my main account and once on my friendâs when he quit the game. On my friendâs account, I had a 32 game win streak to get me into gold 1, where it took me another 14 games to reach platinum (I was 42-4 throughout the entire grind). The highest I have ever climbed is platinum 1 before my ELO was reset due to the new season. This guide will also feature extensive insight from two separate diamond 1 players, a challenger player, and the 2nd place team in the SIUE Midwest Tournament.
This guide will tell you how to specifically climb through the ranks including specific strategies for each tier. Not only that though, it will provide you with assignments designed to improve certain parts of your game play and the metrics to measure your improvement. Also, most importantly, it will teach you how to constantly improve and thus ensure your spot in platinum.

That's fine, I've read up on a lot of it. But I offer assignments, a lesson plan, the culmination of everything in a single convenient location and also the chance for one on one lessons with d1 players.
