Honestly, I'm on the edge of quitting this game which is something i don't want to do. I want to become more competitive, better, and move up in the leagues. I just honestly don't see how to do it. I understand that this is probable the 100000000th "I'm in bronze five, I hate it and need help" thread, but I honestly don't know what to do. I understand that I'm in bronze five for a reason and if I was truly better, I'd carry out, but how do I get out when something unavoidable and game throwing happens every couple of games. how do you carry a game when your adc thinks he is god so he jumps into 5 v 1s? what do you do when your only tank wants to play league of split pushing while you're getting your nexus destroyed? I've Learned to play every role but support well and even then I seem to do better then most of my other supports. half my supports don't even buy support items, don't ward, and yell at me when they jump in and die. lke, ugh -____-.

I've tried to carry playing several champions and roles. I'm not saying I'm godlike or way better but I at very least strike even most games. I first had good luck with Varus. I can hold up my farm, know how to play him, and know where to be in team fights, but it's still not enough. I had luck again with Shyvana top. I would win most my lanes, out farm, kill, and even try to help other lanes. while it was great, still, something stupid happened. I almost always pink Dragon or baron, and get 2 or 3 wards every back. I try to tell my team mates to help take dragon, towers, or push lane instead of having 4 of us chase that one champion with 50hp. 90% or the time they chase :(.

This thread is very ranty and I'm sorry. long story short, if you can offer any advice or encouragement as to how to get become better, I'd love it. what is better to carry as tank, assassin,or crowd controller? what do I do when mid fed and he is now running around 5/0 and we have taken no dragons? what do I do when my team mates don't know how to play there roles at all? like when someone goes Aatrox top, in the only tank, but goes 100% damage? what do I do when the other team has 3 tanks, but my carries don't want to get armor pen/magic pen?

please help me :_:

PS my summoner's name if extx if you want to look me up on lolking.

That's not good enough for soloqueue, especially low elo. Simply playing decently is going to result in you losing all the games that your team throws and winning the ones that the enemy team throws. If you want to get out of bronze or silver, you're going to have to get fed. Every game.

It's statistically impossible for you to be fed every game and make smart decisions about to how to press your advantage and not maintain a win rate higher than 50%. If you aren't getting fed off of bronze players, you need to work on your aggression and mechanics. Maybe narrow or change your champion pool if you don't think you can play aggressively with your current picks (damage champions tend to carry hardest in low elo).

You don't have to win every game to get out of bronze, just win over half of them. If you're really open to trying new things, learn some powerful solo laners and practice them a lot. Getting fed off a solo lane tends to work a little better in low elo (jungling can work too but you have to gank often and effectively) because mid and top laners can snowball the mid game a lot better than an ADC can. ADCs are strong carries in soloqueue, but I think they work a little better in high elo where people know what they're doing in team fights and supports actually have presence in lane.

I'm not sure what the common bans are in bronze at the moment, but there are tons of strong champions in the current meta that can carry games really hard. Jax, Shyvana, Kha'Zix, Nocturne, Yasuo, Kayle, LeBlanc and Kassadin can have huge impacts on any game in the hands of a capable player.

Ultimately I'd suggest worrying less about your teammates and the outcome of the game and focus only on your own play. If you are stuck in bronze 5, I guarantee you that you are making a ton of mistakes in every game. Improve yourself by playing ranked rather than trying to climb and you might find it a lot easier to win, and it'll be less stressful too.
Thanks to The_Nameless_Bard for the sig!

Yeah, a lot of the things you're say make since. I already play Shyvana top and Kha'zix jungle, so I'll make my main focus on them. I like jungle anyway because I seem to be the only one warding early game -____-. who would you suggest to use for a mid laner? right now I play Malzahar and Diana mid, but like and enjoy Talon, Kayle, and Kha'zix mid as well.

thank for your reply.

I'm glad you of all poster replied to my thread :). Since Nocturne is my favorite champion by design, and one of the first champions I learned to play, I followed and read your Nocturne guide pretty heavily. It's awesome!
