Which one is the most cost efficient 2nd AD...

Well, so many ADC guide out there still tell to get [[The Bloodthirster]] first, but as you says it got nerfs and if it is no longer a good option anymore. Could you give some alternate rush to [[Infinity Edge]] please, because I usually start with [[Long Sword]] + 3 x pots instead of [[Doran's Blade]]. It will be good if I can rush something good that contain [[Long Sword]] in a script. Thanks for your comment :)[/quote]
