So, stacking Doran's are good on him because he benefits from every stat, I suppose. Are there any other champs that do that? I mean, I sometimes see mid laners with 2 Doran's because the manas.
Eyy
As far as I know stacking Doran's Blades aren't relevant on many more champs. ADC's can afford to buy a second if they get harassed out of lane at level 2 and can't afford anything else. Draven being one of the ones that benefits most from that. Most early game AD tops/mids can build one blade early but, two is a bit of a stretch for most of them. The only one I could think of that might get away with it too would be Renekton maybe.
Late night edit cause why not:
Olaf potentially benefits well from multiple DB's as well due to how well LS benefits him.

I really love Rengar as an assassin.
And I think he is fine in this pre-season.
Devourer got nerfed, so i prefer warrior.
Only warrior and tiamat is enough to kill someone using assassin rangar's combo.
Jump - q midjump - tiamat - q - w - e - q... or just hit every button i guest.. will kill adc in 2 second.

Is he some sort of Rengar main?
