is practically an extra every 12 seconds.
When playing Ezreal as an AD Carry, always make sure that you either have Arcane Shift or Flash up. Without an escape mechanism, he is dinner served on a plate.
And during the laning phase this is no different.
However, I tend to use both the jumps to secure a kill here ^^.

This skill alone makes AP Ez worth playing. Ez is THE BEST finisher of brush-runners, and this spell even targets champs in stealth! Have killed off my share of Twitch and Evelyn with this when it is hard to locate them precisely enough for the other skills. "Arcane shift, SPAM ALL SPELlS IN TARGET DIRECTION!"

This move is what single-handledly makes Ezrael hard to kill
A 15 second flash that does damage basically
Requires AP to use so only useful for getting close and running anyway for AD Ezrael
