This is good info. I was aware of this, but good analysis. A strat my team runs is ryze mid with Janna support. At level 1 with no boots, I have 370 move speed. I've won countless matchups due to my ridiculous mobility. With boots 2 and my ult on, I have something like 434 move speed. Sick ****.
Same here, run Vladimir often enough with utility for the movement speed. Kiting is really important on some champs and movement speed lets you do that.
