Build order and why to buy

Buy machete and pots for jungle of course, then buy vampiric scepter for some early lifesteal and then go for static shiv for crit and AS. Then u choose urself if u wish to buy boots or trinity force first i buy trinity first if i get fed and boots after but usualy i buy boots first. Then i go for infinty edge for some extra crit and better damage on my Q and bloodthirster for damage and life steal and last i go for Blade of the ruined king so mostly for the passive since it's great against tanks and smart with shaco's since it applies with on hit effects

Jungle ways

It depends on which side i get which buff i starts on but i allways take the buuf closest to bot lane first then wolfs or the new wraith close to blue buff, then after gotten lvl 3 i either gank top or mid and usually gather first blood by such a early gank, i allways try to give away the kills when i gank but never be afaris for kill secure or sinply tking the kill u made possible caus eve tho u jungler the items needed for shacos late game u need to get fed.
