Champion Build Guide
Yo what's up I'm Joumie, some random Silver pleb. I main Raka and made this guide mostly to compile all the runes I run on her. IMO the two most broken sub-runes on Soraka are Ultimate hunter + Revitalize; to give her ult up to an extra 25% CD, and give the biggest heals possible on low health targets. This means giving up Aery and Transcendence, but in my pisslo experience it is still worth it most games. Enjoy!
