Hey guys! This is a build for your boy Jhin, the yung speedy Gonzales. This build makes up for his terrible mobility and makes him zoom away from those sticky top laners/junglers while dishing out amazing damage.

I usually go full Damage marks and quints because you don't really need AS, I have thought of putting arm pen, but haven't tested it out yet.

I tried going Warlords, Deathfire touch, and Thunderlords, but I didn't like how you needed the 4th bullet to gotta go fast. It just didn't feel right... yknow wut im saiyan?

Armor pen from serratted dirk works so well with Q so you get some really good clear with a w e q combo. Use Youmuus in teamfights... Yeah.
