This will serve mostly as the written guide for those who have already seen my video guide. I find videos a lot more effective at conveying information, but of course it is awesome having a written thing to reference to.

Volley harass early game:
I like to keep my mana pool between 1/4th and 1/2th, so I can throw a few if we're being chased down lane, or so I can throw a few if we engage.

Zeal vs. Zerks
Because ashe benefits from the crit-chance due to her passive, save up for a zeal instead of getting zerks. Zeal > Zerks first.

BT vs. BotRK
Get BT 99% of time. BotRK if you think you need that extra movement vs. an opponent who face-rushes you.

Static Shiv vs. Phantom Dancer
PD 99% of time. Shiv if you're behind & you need wave clear. Generally if you get wrecked in lane (you're 0/1 and have to back to buy pick-axe) you get an early avarice to make-up for the poor early game and then make that in to a shiv later on.
