1. Introduction
The Phantom Dancer, Infinity Edge build for late game is recommended but you generally build anything you want after Bloodthirster. I would love to hear your experiences with it along with alternative items that may suit better your playstyle.
Happy dunking :^)
Important Note: While you may one shot the squishes, battling with fed tanks will be a pain without Lord Dominik's Regards so make sure to get that if you get to extreme lategame.
Also, if you don't get a lead then your build should look like:
> > // > > // >
Here's a video with some gameplay, just to show how much damage you can do with this.
Minor Edit:
So basically everyone is now building lethality even on adc champions like Caitlyn that used to build towards Crit-AAS. It is my belief that building lethality on Draven is much more effective than any other adc, due to the damage his Spinning Axe gives, so he can outscale them. If you are against a Caitlyn for example, you can go Rapid Firecannon instead of Phantom Dancer and that auto-> Whirling Death will be enough for her to die.
Anyway, keep abusing this build because lethality should be getting nerfed soon.
Patch 7.3: No changes to items or lethality, build still viable.
