Farming
At around 1:55 your buffs spawn. Be sure to take your jungler's blue buff. If he begins to cry about his scrubbyness simply tell him on how he should go AFK until your team wins because of your carry. Anyways with your brand new blue buff, you will now be able to sustain mana because your passive is non-existent.
At around 3 minutes take the enemy's tower for more gold to rush your Augment Death. At this moment the enemy team should be trying to kill you as you kill creeps. Simply ignore them and recall with around ten thousand gold to spare.
Team Work
After winning the team fight it is important to push major objectives such as blue buff or the golem camp. Remember that stalling the game has no consequences because they enemy team has a 0% chance of pushing a single tower.
At around 15 minutes into the game you should be pushing the nexus towers. But instead of ending the game right there ping your team to fountain dive. Once inside the fountain you should begin to ponder on the cycle of life and death as your team slowly falls one by one to the fountain. After a ten minute break and some bagels remember that you are still tanking the fountain's laser. Press R to pentakill the entire enemy team.

The enemy will kill themselves upon noticing your presence. This leaves cool downs open to the pesky golem camp.

I dont mean to BRAG but...
Just a day as Taric top lane. Unfortunately the enemy was Cho'Gath and he was not AFK to my surprise. But i manage to put the team on my back with careful positioning and superior mechanics.
