I LOVE THIS GUIDE

First thing I saw made me fall in love with this guide. The name changing of the items and the choice of Electrocute. The only thing that could have made this guide the best imo would have been if Lich bane was somewhere on it. Personal things aside, lovely guide on The ****er, the scientist with more hair than knowledge.

I have two things to add :
-First, how is Heimerdinger an immobile champion ? With his passive and a some boots, he can move pretty fast which help him dodge and outplay in many situations. Well without that, he is easy to chase but by placing heimerdinger's turret correctly you will always be able to escape.
-Second, i do understand why Irelia is a threat, but i wouldn't say it's the worse. When you understand the trick, it's really easy to counter her since her Q is really predictable. I've never lost against an Irelia with Heimer so i don't see her as a threat at all. You should put that tip in your guide for countering Irelia : Whenever she Q your turret, she will usually one shot the rest of the turret so you know where she will be for a moment, just E that area, she is stun then either Ult+W or just W and she will take a LOT of damage.

Your guide is quite good since it's not too specific and this is a good thing because Heimerdinger is really polyvalent and can be played in many ways.
