IF you really want to kill a offtank lategame you need crit + armor pen (Infinity Edge, Shadow Dancer, Lastwhisper= HIGH dps on whoever youre attacking). A offtank with 3k hp has about 100-150 mr which means more than 50%reduction AND the dmg cant even crit (equal low dps for an ad carry). To make it even worse, an ad carry wont buy magicpen just to benefit from the onhit dmg I guess. EDIT: You put shadow dancer as an alternative.
