I Basically Feel That Caitlyn Is A Very Solid Standard AD Carry, Her Greatest Strength Is That There Is Nearly No Possible Way To Stop Her From Farming Early On Because Of Her Insanely Long Attack Range. Her Greatest Weakness Is That All Her Abilities Have Significant Cast Times, Making Them Not As Attractive To Cast Last Game. On The Fizz Patch, They Have Nerfed Her Movement Speed. But We Would Be Able To Get It Back With The Masteries.

Reds - Greater Mark of Desolation - I Take Armor Penetration As Early Game Armor Penetration Could Easily Match Up With Her Range And Help To Outfarm The Enemy.

Yellows - Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration - I Have Some Mana Problems With Caitlyn, Though I'd Like To Stick To AD, Mana Is Also Important On Caitlyn.

Blues - Greater Glyph of Attack Speed - To Be Able To Harass Well With Your Reds And Stack Up Your Passive Quicker.

Quints - Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage - It Goes Without Saying, But You Can Also Switch It For Greater Quintessence of Desolation.

I Basically Still Take 21/0/9 With The New Masteries As I'm Not Quite Sure, But You Can Mix And Match Up With Your Liking. :)

An Alternative Is Infinity Over Bloodthirster, While It Offers Higher DPS Output, It Has No Sustainability. Meaning If You Get Low In A Fight, You're going To Be Running Instead Of Doing Damage And Healing At The Same Time. If The Enemy Team Doesn't Have Many People Which Can Dive, And You Know For A Fact That Good Positioning Is Enough To Save Your Neck, Then Infinity Is The Way To Go, But Very Seldom Do You Actually Encounter Such A Team.

Last Item:
After Selling Your Doran's Blade , Get A Frozen Mallet For Survivability And/Or For Kiting Them, Or You Can Get A Banshee's Veil Depending On The Enemy Team Composition. If The Enemy Team Has Heavy CC, You Can Also Switch It For A Quicksilver Sash.

You Have To Stay Away From The Threats Of The Enemy Team While Doing As Much Auto Attack Damage Possible.
Knowing Who To Focus Is Also Important; Sometimes Your Best Focus Is Their Tank, However If Any Squishies Come Into A "Safe" Range For You To Attack, You Should Also Be Acute Enough To Switch Instantly.
