Too sad this build has been voted down. And why has it been so? I mean, its a good build. Maybe a bit outdated, but still, its a refined and elegant build. Showing you easily how to do good with Ezreal. But still, outdated. As Manamune is a epic item to have for Ez :)

I actually still prefer Sheen to a manamune after the Manamune nerf. I find that I still have plenty of mana to spam Mystic Shot.

Theorycrafting:
Build 1: Dorans Blade; Boots of Swiftness;The Brutalizer;Sheen;The Bloodthirster
Build 2: Dorans Blade; Boots of Swiftness;The Brutalizer;Sheen;Madreds Bloodrazor
Example 1: 50 Armor; 50; 2000/4000 HP
1) 140 (Mystic Shot Base Damage) + 241 (Total AD) + 81.6 (Sheen Proc: 80% of 102) = 462.6 Physical Damage
50 (Target's Armor) - 50 (Armor Penetration) = 0 Armor -> 0% Damage Reduction
462.6 = 463 Damage dealt
2) 140 (Mystic Shot Base Damage) + 171 (Total AD) + 81.6 (Sheen Proc: 80% of 102) = 392.6 Physical Damage
80/160 (4% of 2000/4000HP) Magical Damage
50 (Target's Armor) - 50 (Armor Penetration) = 0 Armor -> 0% Damage Reduction
50 (Target's Magic Resist) - 15% (Magic Pen Mastery) = 42,5 Magic Resist -> 30% Damage Reduction
392.6 + (80/160 * .7) = 449/505 Damage dealt
Example 2: 100 Armor; 100 Magic Resist; 2000/4000 HP
1) 140 (Mystic Shot Base Damage) + 241 (Total AD) + 81.6 (Sheen Proc: 80% of 102) = 462.6 Physical Damage
100 (Target's Armor) - 50 (Armor Penetration) = 50 Armor -> 33% Damage Reduction
462.6 * .67 = 310 Damage dealt
2) 140 (Mystic Shot Base Damage) + 171 (Total AD) + 81.6 (Sheen Proc: 80% of 102) = 392.6 Physical Damage
80/160 (4% of 2000/4000HP) Magical Damage
100 (Target's Armor) - 50 (Armor Penetration) = 50 Armor -> 33% Damage Reduction
100 (Target's Magic Resist) - 15% (Magic Pen Mastery) = 85 Magic Resist -> 46% Damage Reduction
(392.6 * .67) + (80/160 * .54) = 306/349 Damage dealt
Example 3: 200 Armor; 200 Magic Resist; 2000/4000 HP
1) 140 (Mystic Shot Base Damage) + 241 (Total AD) + 81.6 (Sheen Proc: 80% of 102) = 462.6 Physical Damage
200 (Target's Armor) - 50 (Armor Penetration) = 150 Armor -> 60% Damage Reduction
462,6 * .4 = 185 Damage dealt
2) 140 (Mystic Shot Base Damage) + 171 (Total AD) + 81.6 (Sheen Proc: 80% of 102) = 392.6 Physical Damage
80/160 (4% of 2000/4000HP) Magical Damage
200 (Target's Armor) - 50 (Armor Penetration) = 150 Armor -> 60% Damage Reduction
200 (Target's Magic Resist) - 15% (Magic Pen Mastery) = 170 Magic Resist -> 63% Damage Reduction
(392.6 * .4) + (80/160 * .37) = 187/216 Damage dealt

I think wether it is worth to buy Madred's Bloodrazor or not is situational + personal preference. If they have high HP and Armor, I could take it. A cheaper Last Whisper would also solve that problem. I simply prefer cheaper solutions because I'm greedy ;)

Wow, I was looking at the outdated information on League wiki (it said Gunblade cost 3700). The gunblade isn't a terrible item, I just like the AD and Lifesteal from Bloodthirster more.

Don't say it lifesteals less because it doesn't >.> (not much less atleast)
As I said; It probably gives lifesteal on the dmg from Madred's Bloodrazor.

The bloodrazor gives more dmg even against relatively squishy targets.. Let's do a quick calc:
1800 * 0,04 = 72 | 72 + 30 = 102dmg | 102>100
Much better :P
Sure, I don't account for the armor/mr, but that plays no major role in this comparison.

Bloodthirster costs 10gold more than Hextech Gunblade.. Don't pull numbers out of your *** :P
Yea, 0-40less ad is a shame. But you gain an awesome active and 75ap. I consider it to be quite awesome.
I'm pretty sure it gives lifesteal on your Bloodrazor dmg too so you don't really get less lifesteal.

Madred's can definitely be good if you are facing a team that is very tanky, I'll include that, but I do like to have some lifesteal somewhere in there.

Also, the Bloodthirster is more suited than the Gunblade in this build. The gunblade costs about 600 or 700 more gold, and has 40 AD and 10% Lifesteal less than the bloodthirster, giving AP/Spell Vamp/Mediocre (as long as you have lizard buff for slow) use effect in return, all of which are not as useful as the AD and Lifesteal.

Good build. But I don't like the summoner spells, first item and the lack of hp quints.
I eat squishy Ezreals for breakfast. Point being; I find it much easier to face an Ezreal without hp quints than facing one with them. While your first item will fix that, you lack somewhat in mana-reg..

Consider getting Madred's Bloodrazor. It gives more dmg than a fully stacked Bloodthirster. On Mystic Shot too.
Also consider switching Bloodthirster for a Hextech Gunblade. They buffed it to 60ad and 75ap in the last patch. But that's not something I guarantee is better.

I do say in the build that you can use HP quints if you so choose. I use them at times, and they are certainly just as viable as armor pen, but I just prefer the armor pen.

Thank you for your input though, I'll be sure to include the Madred's part in the guide.

Most pissed off summoner skills for Ez (for me of course) are: Exhaust + Ignite ;) Good build anyway.
