Few notes:
-Do not build hunter's potion, refillable potion is good enough
-More scaling runes instead of flat, you can figure out which ones you want scaling but no point having all flat (for example with mr glyphs scaling reaches flat at lvl 8 and scaling armor seals at lvl 6)
-Never ever max bandage as a second. Maxing W and E at about the same time is possible but do not max your main ability as a last one. You waste so much potential.
-Ninja Tab is currently most cost-effective choice and should be your choice most of the time
-preferably something like rylai and liandrys after cinderhulk, boots and one armor or mr item. You really missed this classic choice of itemizing in your example builds.

I am personally kind of amumu main, S5 dia and quitted after that, couple days ago played one acco with amumu to plat with around 90% wr. I have tried about everything within the years and this is something I have come up to.

You make many good points, but they are all situational based on the game pace, ELO, team comp, etc. Like I stated in the guide, I like building Amumu resist heavy, but yes items like liandrys and rylais are very optimal. Hunters potion is good in certain scenarios, mainly when you want to sustain in the jungle to rack up gold without having to back as frequently. Flat runes are good for early ganks/counter ganks, or if you are being invaded, but scaling work nicely too if you prefer that. Maxing bandage second lowers the CDR (especially with frozen heart) allowing you to close the gap even more. Amumu's w is mainly effective late game due to its percent max health damage. Ninja Tabi is an effecient buy when the enemy team has alot of basic attack champions or just high AD, but mercury treads are super strong and sometimes even swifty or magic pen boots as well.

Umm with your kindred placement i vs a kindred easly destroyed her so i think she should be like a 8 or a 9 and i was vsing dragon against that kindred just stun her and use ur w and e in that order to get the max efficincy and if they run away just run with ur w and use ur q to get them and i got kindred and baron so yeah

Kindred's Ultimate completely counters Amumu's Ultimate, thus why I placed her as a difficult matchup

I saw another build with Rod of Ages between stalkers and the enhancement. It seems like the perfect item for amumu with AP, heath, mana, healing, and mana regen. Why don't you recommend this item at all?

I am personally not a fan of it but it is definitely a viable option. I never added it to this guide because other items I feel are better. If you want AP, I think you are better off getting a rylais, liandrys or abyssal scepter, since they give you extra bonuses from the item passives which synergize very well with amumu's aoe damage. As for health, the same idea applies. Items like randuins omen or banshees veil offer health and extra bonuses from the item passives. Mana regen can be acquired from the runic echos enchantment. Like I said though, Rod of Ages is still a good item, I just feel other items are better on amumu. Thanks for the comment though, I'm happy to answer any more questions.
