This is how the build will work. Since you are kinda rushing the spirit visage, you will be able to survive and be sustained in lane. Since your w gives you bonus armor and MR you can survive in many fights. This is not a typical bruiser or assassin rengar, this is a tanky initiate rengar that will survive for most of the team fights. When you trade in lane make sure to w asap, it allows you to take less damage. The runes give you the armor and MR you need to be able to live. The masteries are also extremely tanky. Reason why you max w over your q is because with the w you can get more armor when you hit it. This allows you to be almost unkillable in lane. Your damage in your q is high but with the sustained damage of the w max it will allow you to do good trades and it allows you to win lane easier. It is just standard to max your e last. Back to discussing the build. Late game the GA will allow you to come back up spam abilities and it allows you to heal for alot. Almost always you use your W at full stacks.
