This guide has been inspired by Froggen, the best Anivia player in the world. If you haven’t seen him play, you should definitely look him up.

@Generalguides

Offense column has double icons. When I was coding it, I had absolutely no idea on how I could make all 3 seem similar. Only option I could think of was putting 2 of each icon.
I dislike it aswell.
I'll look over this Vyn and think of something else.

@ Seraphs: I don't see how the item is overhyped if it gives +150 AP total which is the highest of any AP item excluding the deathcap passive and 1k mana which is GREAT for anivia.

@ Blue buff: You can't rely on that at all. You always want 1 mana item because of the blue buff nerfs but even then I feel like having to rely on it sucks, especially cause at higher elo invades and blue buff contests are more regular. From my experience I say that one mana regen item CAN suffice but generally you'll find yourself having mana issues too regularly that way.

@ Liandry's: It is good but not core because generally you need %penetration to deal significant damage and because Zhonya's Hourglass active can be really important as well. You can only go for it if you do not need either of these two.

@ TP: as I once said before, in my opinion anivia is not that good with tp because she is best off pressuring her lane at all times with great farming and pushing power. Ignite is great in a lot of these matchups you mention because of some additional killing potential. Having ignite pre-6 against kassadin can change a game, and if you don't get it, barrier is the best choice. This goes for most matchups: if you don't get ignite, get barrier.

Some criticism even tho I'm not most likely in position to give it. ^^

I find Seraph's being really overhyped item. I see the need for it when against AD, but against AP matchups if you build Athene's I would say two mana regen items are overkill.
I don't really feel like shield is too good, since as Anivia, if you get caught out you get caught out. As Defensive item I would go for Zhonya's over Seraph's for more useful active and armor + more ap rather than extra mana regen.
I would maybe go for it if running utility three masteries, so I would have mana pool increase from there, but otherwise I feel like there is more useful items for that slot.

Expect if you don't stack it at all ;) To be honest if you can rely on getting blue buff you can skip mana regen items all together.

Also I would go as far as to say that Liandry's could be one of core items as Anivia. I rarely see a game where I don't see it being worth to build. It have good build path, it's passive works AMAZINGLY with Anivia's skills and it gives combo of AP, HP and MP which all are lovely stats.
Depending if you count Seraph's as important item I don't see need to sacrifice anything to get it.
Against AP I would go exact same as you, expect switch Liandry's for Seraph's. I feel like Liandry's is just too good to pass, because of %hp dmg, which is so badly needed to burn that mundo/syhvana/nasus etc. down.
TL;DR Liandry's is too good to pass as defensive-offensive item and I would consider it to be core on Anivia as long as we live in this tank top meta.

Also I would add TP to summoners spell sections, since it can greatly be used to make up for Anivia's poor roaming ability. If you manage to get good TP behind opponent bot laner's there is very little chance they will survive, since you provide SO MUCH cc.
I see TP being worth for at least 2 kills per game, while ignite being generally worth for 1 kill.
Meaning I usually miss on average 1 kill for not having ignite and get at least 2 kills for having TP.
Also TP can give you that essential extra base to get full mana at late game and still be on time at baron fight.
I would say TP is legit summoner spell for Anivia situationally. I would consider it to be #1 pick when you don't feel like you have kill potential on your lane or you feel like you don't need ignite for killing your lane opponent.
For example(there's more but I'm too lazy to write):
Annie:
Let's be honest. If your in range to use ignite your either dead or she is dead.
Kassadin:
Ignite won't often make difference at killing him. Firstly you most likely need junglers help for killing him. Secondly killing him really isn't reliant for having or not having ignite, but hitting or missing yours cc.
I would be much more worried about matching his roaming than having ignite for, not really anything.
Gragas:
Similar to Annie. You don't really want to spend too much time on igniting range with him. You most likely won't kill him in lane without your jungler. Why not pick up TP to have more map pressure than him? You shouldn't plan to fight decent gragas 1v1 anyways. Only reason ever to go in ignite range with gragas is when you know you can finish him with frostbite.
