So, I'm not to good at making guides like these other people.. but wait, don't go.. heh. Simply copy what I've done and leave feedback on what your results are.

I'm more direct and to the point with guides. Less talk, more pictures, and you're out of here.
Sometimes a detailed guide is great, but for people like me, I look at the pictures and figure the rest out on my own. Hey we aren't idiots right?

The best partners to lane with are:

Nasus - Really tanky, slowing the enemies down allows him to catch up and hit them hard.
Jinx - High DPS, using your Ult can pretty much set the baddies in their place.
Master Yi - Multihiting, your crowd control, especially with your ult, can allow him to attack the muliple slowed targets.
Volibear - Volibear is underestimated, but using your Q can slow them down as he uses Rolling thunder to throw them behind, then you can finish them off with your Ult.
Ashe - She can slow them, you can add to the slowing or hit them with your E.
Nidalee - She's fast, and any slow of any sort can really hurt the enemy. She's mainly a Jung though.
Ziggs - He can place bombs in your ult area, they will be trapped and you can finish them off with your E.
Jax - He's Jax, hits hard and fast, you'll just be rubbing salt in the wound no matter what ability you use around this guy.
and Garen because, believe it or not, with your crowd control, he can really put on the hurt.

Pros:

Great Support with her wall, slows and especially her ult which can be held open for nearly 60 seconds or more at her final build.

Helps avoid most ganks with her ult, and controls lanes with her wall.

Cons:

Squishy, and not meant to fight alone. Very mana hungry early game.
