Introduction

right mat here you have 3 builds two for annie one for fizz. The first build is for annie and is just a stand build that i like to use for easy farm and very good damage later game you mite lack some damage earily game tho. The sound build is for fizz which is just a lot of AP meaning your going to really hit hard the only item that dont make you hit harder is your Banshee's Vail. Last build for annie is a rush to your deathcap. If you want anything more commented in just comment and i will try my best to answer.

Runes

Right for the first build you will have Magic Penetration marks allowing you to A) not have to get Magic penetration items so eairly on and when you do they still are nice to have when trying to nuke down them tanks. You will have Mana regen seals Giving you. This allows you to stay in lane for a much longer time and sometimes could give you the mana to summon tibbers for a kill. Then you have AP glyghs which gives you that much more AP or damage your nukes can dish out and with you deathcap these will stack to even more. For fizz you also have Magic penetration marks same as annie for as to why. But for seals you have Armor seals because fizz has a very small amount of armor so with it you can live alonger and with that you can hit for more damage cause your alive more, it also means you dont take as much damage when a AD champion trys to attack you when your getting your last hits. You also have AP glyghs same reason as annie but it adds to the damage your lich blade will do. And the last build has the same as the other annie build and they all have AP Quintessenses. Just for more AP

Masteries

The masteries for both annie build is 21-0-9 All the points in offence add to AP, CDR, MP and just your overall damage. In utility they add to your mana per sencond and makes the red and blue buff last longer but you should only ever end up with blue buff unless you kill someone with red buff. For fizz its a 21-9-0 The points go into Defence cause he need to be close to do he damage so having that for Armor and Magic R is nice to have.
