Alright, This is my First Build... So Please Help Me Out With Suggestions and Feedback :)

This is Pretty Much a Standard Caster Build.

It's Really Nice on Annie Because I Usually Go positive in Games With This Build :)
Of Course it's Not a Build That Will Make You Instantly Pro by Using it, With This Build You Also Have to Have Some Common Sense... Annie is Not a Tank, She is Not a Close Range DPS or an Amazing Scout... She is a Squishy Caster and Should be Played as One. :D

The Pros of Playing This Build:

Amazing Nuke
Can Take Down Tanks If They Don't Heavily Stack Magic Resist
Some Extra Health for Survivability
Decent Amount of Mana and Mana Regen

The Cons of Playing This Build:

Still Squishy
Easily Countered if They Stack Heavy Magic Resist
Not Alot of Escaping Potential
Kind of Expensive

Alot of Annie's Seem to Not Know Their Farming Potential, They Will Rarely Go For Minions by Last Hitting With Their Q Skill and This Is Where They Fail.

With Annie's Q Skill You Are Able To Last Hit Minions Easily and Without Using Mana if You Do It Correctly, Her Q Skill Gives The Mana Spent Back if The Target is Killed by The Skill... So Basically FREE MONEY!! :D

Where Annie's Also Fail is When They Are Traveling Through The Forest, They Pass The Wolves and Wraiths Without Thinking About it... Big No-No!! When You Have Enough Ability Power You Should Be Able to 1 Hit Them With Your E Skill, So Why Would You Pass On The Free Gold? :)

For Items There Are Many Different Ones You Can Use and Here are The Different Choices:

For When They Stack Heavy Magic Resist or If They Are Mainly Casters

I'm Not Very Fond of Snowball Items so Unless You're Certain That You're Doing Well and Will be Able To Maintain Your Stacks.. Then Go For It.

Get This if Most of Them are Melee, Plus the Extra 100 Ability Power Isn't That Bad ;)

Get This if You Want Extra Tower Pushing Potential(Just Use W or E To Activate The Bonus)

Get This if You are Against Some Tanks or You Want Some More Mana Regen or Cooldown
