Use Exhaust/Ghost. It's just a good combo.
Masteries: This build uses Ad and AP.
Skills: Impure isn't that amazing, so keep it low to the end.
Runes: Armor Pen for more Phys Damage, Ability Power for W,E,R, Cooldown Reduction, Mana Regen to keep you powering on.
Items: Keeping a balance of both AP and Ad stats.
