Major rework
AP heavy Cho'Gath. Use either smite against the mid wraiths for early xp or go for exhaust if you are going to end up laning.
Open either with Meki Pendant and convert to Deathfire grasp or, if the enemy team has no potential tanks, open with Faerie Charm and convert to Tear of Goddess then eventually to Archangel's Staff.
If your team is doing poorly, get Warmog's Armor instead.
