Okay this is my first Guide, hope you all enjoy :)

I go with the AP Quents, and Glyphs to get early damage with my Seastone Trident, the MP Marks increase that as well. The health seals are because fizz goes through HP quick in early jungle and to be able to clear it all in 4 minutes you have to have a little extra.

Start with Blue Buff, immediately smiting the Golem, then casting Seastone Trident so it gets a better effect. If done right you dont have to use a poition. Move then to the wolves leading with playful/trickster, then casting Seastone Trident and healing if necessary. Continue past mid to the Camp above red buff and clear that camp. Your smite should be back by now, and you can continue down and clear Red Buff leading with playful/trickster and using your smite on the Lizard immediately and then again casting Seastone Trident and finishing it off. Head down to the Golems leading with playful/trickster, then casting Seastone Trident and focusing the one with the Heal Buff, finish it with Urchin Strike. Then Recall home to heal up, and pick a lane to gank. =] Good Luck Fizzers!

Obviously smite is Key for the jungle, so its a Must. Now some say you should use Ghost, or Flash for the ability to escape from ganks. However i feel Playful/Trickster is good enough of an escape method that i use Ignite. It pairs GREAT with Seastone Trident on ganks and its useful late game as well.
