Hey! I'm TheSnowPirate and this is my first guide! I'm still relatively new in League (Level 15 right now) so my guide might not be perfect. If there's anything I can change please FEEL FREE to message me. I'm not the best, this is just what I find fun and what I think works really damn well.

So I usually max my abilities like QEW. Q first, as you can use it to proc Ahri's passive, and it's a great poke ability, especially with that True Damage. Orb of Deception can be used to proc your passive, heal you when you smack up a huge minion wave and poke your lane opponent. Next, I max E. Charm is super helpful, I love using it. I max it second because the cooldown becomes lower and the stun becomes longer, giving you good advantages. Lastly I max W. Foxfire is great and can do a lot of damage, but honestly the cooldown doesn't improve at all, so I don't max it early. I make sure I have at least 2 ranks in it by level 10.

So my masteries might seem a little weird. For Ahri, I would take Dangerous Game over Bandit. I like the regen of Health and Mana and it makes the Offtank Ahri just that much more annoying. Every kill gives you more health and mana, making you harder to kill. I also like using Deathfire Touch, that added AD and AP bonus is super sweet. Lastly I love taking Oppressor over Bounty Hunter. It's so much more useful for me because you can use Charm, then do much more damage on them while they are stunned, giving you the advantage.

So in conclusion, I love using this AP Offtank Ahri. It's been so much fun and it works quite well when you get that full build.
