A couple flaws.

1. You can't have 3 points in any skill by level 4. I'd fix that, put that fourth skill point in Stacked Deck, then you can get your third point of Wild Cards at level 5.

2. The Skill Sequence section is a huge wall of text, and a lot of the information isn't related to exactly why you have your specific skill sequence. You could split that apart into 2 sections and add some BBCoding to make it look better overall. Use this code:

Nice build, but you should write a explanation about why you picked those items and in that order. +1
