Teemo is a very agressive marksman with high poke and kill potential.

It is advised not to be aggressive against supports such as Leona, Thresh and Blitz.

As Teemo ADC, you will basically just want to farm and try to deny as much farm to the opposing ADC as possible.

He also has very high kiting potential due to his W movement speed (passive and active) so don't be scared to go very aggressive and place down a shroom or two while their bruiser tries to kill you and you just heal right on back up.

Blade of the Ruined King (BoRK) is a very good offensive and defensive as it has an activated slow buff.

Many people will get mad at you for picking Teemo as he is known to be a top laner, so people will think you're trolling, but he is a marksman and a very good one at that.

Many people will underestimate the damage you can do and that's yet another reason Teemo ADC is good.

You will want to rush Berserker boots and Bloodthirster or Blade of the Ruined King because that will give you good movement speed and high life steal which will give you the ability to kite very well.

Teemo's (E) adds 10 magic damage to eat hit, per level so when it's maxed it'll add 50 damage to basic attacks and poison that'll do 120.

His (Q) is used to blind which makes basic attacks from champions miss. Use his Q on the ADC (attack damage carry.)

His (W) will give you movement speed if you have not recently been hit, if activated he gains a fair amount of movement speed.

His shrooms (R) can be used to slow champions down and are also great for escaping.

All of his abilities are very mana reliant so try to manage your mana carefully.

Building mana tear always helps and is quite fun to place shrooms everywhere with.

Attack damage can be replaced with attack speed.

Armor/magic is what I've found to work best bottom, but it's all preference.
