This is the build i usually play when i play as
I have been succefully this far and i hope that you will be to!
I will explain why i choose all my items and runes further in the guide!

Summoner Spells
Why did i choose Cleanse as my first Summoner spell? Simple it's for survivbility, If you get focused by the enemy team and get stunned, feared or maybe taunted thats when you going to use it! And use your secound Summoner Ability!
Why did i choose Flash as secound Summoner spell? Simple it's to escape from the enemy team like flashing through trees and cliffs! It will really help you to get away, i promise!
Runes
Why did i choose Armor Penetration for my red rune? Simple you will need it to penetrate your enemies armor and in that way do more damage with your auto attack and physical abilities!
Why did i choose Attack speed for my yellow rune? Simple you will need it to shoot faster and in that way do more damage per second!
Why did i choose Magic Resist as my blue rune? Simple you use it to get that survive bonus that you will need !

Why did i choose Armor Penetration as my Quintessence? Simple just read what i told you about the red one : D
