Have you ever thought about getting movement speed quints on Ashe? I feel they're very effective for kiting, and they allow you to get mercs/zerks while allowing you to have the same movement speed as you would have with HP quints and Boots of Swiftness (Well, 3 less, but still ;)).
The rest looks good.

I agree with B-Wong. Simply limiting your items to I-Edge, Black Cleaver, The Bloodthirster, Phantom Dancer, Banshee's Veil instead of listing all the components is much easier to read.

I highly recommend Merc Treads over Boots of Swiftness.

Condense the build. No need to have every ingredient for every item, it's less of an eyesore.
