Wrong runes, dfg isn't good at all, no coding, not a support build. Everything is just wrong.

You should use smaller icons in your text so the icons won't make it really hard to read. You can use double brackets like this: [[nunu]] to get stuff like this: Nunu & Willump. It fits perfectly well in a sentence and won't make your lines jump and stuff.

About the guide, I don't think you should submit builds that you haven't even used yourself. I can say this because your build is impossible to actually get since you can't buy both Liandry's Torment and Blackfire Torch in the same game. It's just impossible because Liandry's is unavailable on 3v3 and Dominion while Blackfire is unavailable on Summoner's Rift. Same thing for Zhonya's Hourglass and Wooglet's Witchcap.

And I don't think Rylai's Crystal Scepter is good on Nunu & Willump because his spells already slow so any additional slow will have reduced efficiency (that's how they stack).
