I found this build by mistake. I picked my Jax masteries and it wnet so well, so I decided to test this out more. For getting just tank items his dmg output gets insane. You can still burst people down and on top of it you have more consistant dmg throu your hydra attacks buffed with Fervor of Battle, while still beeing a complete Tank. This also hinders Renekton to fall of lategame as he is still a tank and not in the least bit squishy. If you can get ahead early, the midgame dmg will be enough to almost fight 5 v 1 and still win.
