In regards to revolvers, they DO stack. I am fully aware that in the recent patch they changed revolver to a unique passive on the spell vamp. Will of the ancients, is NOT a unique passive, it is a Unique Aura, I believe it is because of this difference that the two items stack. It may also be a bug, but at the time of this build, the two items DO CURRENTLY STACK.
Let me point this out again, Will of the ancients grants a 25% spell vamp unique AURA. Hextech Revolver is a Unique PASSIVE. If you buy both items, and click "C" for character page, you will see that it says 45%. I understand the confusion, but please don't flame a build unless you are sure. :)
Also, WotA will stack with a team mates WotA.
70% Spell Vamp is dirty on your Q.
