Rune Logic: capitalizing on armor pen is very potent and very mean for a mellee dps, its better than attack speed runes for u can build in game items to drastically boost attack speed, armor pen provides more damage than ad runes, more damage=more potent killer. Dodge seals for she is squishy early on and to avoid death and to just be as beastly as possible with phantom dancer, dodge is used. Armor pen quints for the same reason as the armor pen marks. CD per level glyphs because they are cheaper and are better in the long run.
Mastery Logic: Pure offense makes her a very potent killer, an extra 5% more damage can make a difference between an escape and a first blood/regular kill any time in the game. Mastery points are wasted in defense tree with only 9 points, barley any reduction, better to put them in a lower death timer and more gold, to get ur items faster.
Item Build logic: building her tanky does not utilize her skills and potential, she is an extremely deadly dps, hiten style is extremely mean with true damage, the more times you can hit with it in 6 seconds, the more damage you will do. therefore i start out with lifesteal, to aid hiten in the laneing phase, by building vamp scepter, lets u lane longer and lvl more when ur oppenents have to leave to heal, especially with the increased exp gain from utility masteries. Rush staks cause malady no longer does life steal, then berserker greaves for more attack speed and then rush phantom for even more attack speed and dodge and movement speed to be an even more potent chaser with Equilibrium strike and Bladesurge. Frozen mallet next for survivability and the bonus slow added with Equilibrium Strike makes it impossible for them to escape without help. The to finish it off even more lifesteal and damage with bloodthirster and more armor pen and damage with black cleaver, aids ur team when taking down a tank. I do not get infinity edge for the build is already expensive and you already will do enough damage with the current build/rune setup/masteries.
Skilling Order: I start out with Hiten Style for extra health regen and extra damage, get one point in each of the other abilities so i am not limited to one move, and then max hiten style first. Its all a matter of preference whether to max Bladesurge or Equilibrium Strike next, i prefer Bladesurge for more damage, and 60% slow at rank 1 in Equilibrium strike is fine with me until i start to lvl it up. Rule of thumb, always choose her ult whenever possible to lvl up.
Summoner Spells: i choose exhaust for an extra slow and disable for 1v1's and cc the enemy dps in a team fight, and i choose teleport to get to locations quickly and to stop pushers, cause towers win in this game, not kills. However feel free to experiment with skills that fir your style, Ghost and Ignite are two other very good spells to have on her, for last hit and an additional chaser. Have fun and good luck!
