If you get to Lich Bane your already strong and ready for solo fights and you can wait in bush and Use your Power Fist then Rocket Grab and finaly Static Field,for safety throw Ignite.
And the kill is already yours.

Its good to play Defensive thats good because you can pull to your turret and use Power Fist to hold him for a while and BAM!! Ultimate to finish him!

Blitzcrank is a Good Farmer because of his Ultimate Static Field-it kills Mage Minions Instantly

The Ability sequence are follow:
Mana Barrier: This passive makes Blitzcrank tanky by stacking items that provide mana pool.

Rocket Grab: This is Blitzcrank's signature spell and what makes him so special. One of the most funny to use abilities that also helps distinguish good players. It is a skillshot that grabs the first enemy hit within 1000 range and drags him to Blitzcrank.

Overdrive: This spell is Blitzcrank's build in steroid that significantly boosts his speed and attack speed.

Power Fist: This spell is a knock-up with a low cooldown, giving Blitzcrank a lot of single target control.

Static Field: This is his ultimate, which has both a passive feature and an active one! This, along with Rocket Grab and Power Fist abilities, is the 3rd way Blitzcrank can interrupt a channeling spell, because it silences the enemies for 0,5 sec!

Blitzcrank stacks Good with Tear of the Goddess,because all spells does Stack with.
TIP: When you have Tear of the Goddess use all your spells in your base Exept Static Field to get more mana.

Sorcerer's Shoes are good to make a lot of damage especialy with Static Field or Rocket Grab.

Sheen or Lich Bane makes a big damage with Power Fist because Sheen gives 100% extra base damage or Lich Bane gives 100% of ur Ability Power to damage.
