Overall he is a skilled champ, and needs some items to play good.
He can either Dominate, or feed like a boss.

Insane mobility
Very strong counterjungling
Great ganks, particularly post 6
Extremely strong skirmish potential
If played right, insane youtube-worthy plays are a common occurrence

Extremely hard to play

Must build tanky to be effective in high level play
