I've always likened Karma as a SUPPORT class, especially if you want to win games. Karma is best utilizing massive cooldowns and group support items. I've been extensively playing her since the latest update build and have won a majority of my games supporting the entire team. You definitely need to utilize massive gold accumulation and deck out her support items to be effective.

Your strictly in the game to support your team, keeping them alive with mantra healing, shielding and spirit bonding. Spirit bond is used to harass your enemies in lanes because it constantly drains their health and also causes enemies to flee vigorously when they see this massive bonding light attacking them.

Use mantra wisely, especially when you can detonate soul shield and do extensive damage to nearby enemies and monster creeps. Mantra heavenly waves are very useful for keeping creep alive to continue lane and tower pushes and also to heal your allies. The trick to Karma is knowing when to activate and set off mantra moves.

Inner Flame is deceptively deadly because you can pack massive damage with extremely low life. Cooldown reductions work on mantra recharges and that's why this build is massively based on cooldown items.

This build isn't for those wanting to own/pwn noobs in the game. It takes a lot of work to perfect the play style of Karma. It's purely support to win the game with your teammates. She's definitely one of the underrated and underestimated champions. I've always enjoyed the support play style and have surprised people in summoner's rift number of times because nobody ever see's a Karma on the map... Victory is assured!!
