Work in progress (why to play braum of blades)

As I continue to troll around with this build and see more matchups, play with other builds I will continue to update, Keep in mind that this will probably not work very well in above silver elo. The entire purpose of the build is to get the quick passive procs to hopefully push your lane out as fast as possible, and roam to get mid ahead or roam with jungle to assist in ganks, keeping teleport available for team fights and securing objectives.
