Introduction

This Guide was Originally showed to me by someone else,There was no mention of OP and since I couldn't find any links to this build I thought I would take the liberty to up load it.
I Originally Up loaded a quick version but did so as a guest so I couldn't Edit it. I find this build enjoyable and Has worked wonders in many games. I'm not the Original Creator, but merely wanted to get this build out there since I've found it enjoyable and Not many links to it can be found. With the New Changes to Gankplank I feel the JewBuild only works better than before.

Pros / Cons

Gangplank is a really strong champ specially Mid to Late game when he has Obtained a good portion of his items.

Pros
+ Great Farmer
+ Has a good heal/natural cleans
+ Ult makes for Great team support

Cons

-Kinda weak early game
-Range hero's can mess you up if you doing Solo-top making farming difficult.

Runes

Quintessence of Desolation x3
Greater Mark Of Desolation x9
Greater Seal of Clarity x9
Greater Seal of Celerity x9

These are the Runes I've found to be most effective, While as always you can feel free to use what ever runes you find to your liking.

Masteries

The Masteries, I've chosen are 9/0/21 I find this best supports the build while allowing for longer laning and allowing you to utilizeandto the fullest and Once you add in the Ghost Blade and your Boots you will be sitting at a natural 40% CD Which will make your Ult sit at a 70sec Cd and making every thing else damn near spam-able. I feel that with Gangplank the full 21 into Offense isn't needed.

Summoner Spells

I use Exhaust and Teleport, Really the only spell I would say is mandated for this build is Teleport because as this build is both meant for farming minions and denying your opponents it is important that you only go back to base when Teleport is up. As for your second spell you can use what ever you would prefer I've just found Exhaust was the most useful for Me.

Items

You start with Two Fairy Charms and three potions of your Choice, Farm the lane till you have enough for either One (640gold) or for Both (1280gold) of your Philosopher Stones. Then In no particular order, get three Avarice Blades and the Ionian Boots of Lucidity, Then at approximately 1900g turn one Avarice Blade into a Youmuu's Ghost Blade. Then at 3680g, Sell a philosopher Stone and buy an Infinity Edge, then after 2495g sell a Philosopher Stone for a Phantom Dancer. Then your will proceed until you have enough for a Trinity Force, Selling an Avarice Blade to Make room for it. Last but not least you will still have one Avarice Blade and you will be able to make this an Item of Choice Depending on what you Need,Now usually if they have a heavy tank team I will choose last whisper, For more survivability I'd go with a Banshee's Veil, Madred's and Blood Thirster for some increased DPS, Frozen Mallet for siduation where people are running away to much, and Personally if your not really having any issues and would like to have some fun with Tiamat because you can turn your Parley which should be hitting for about 1200 into an AOE move which makes for great pushing and add some what to team fights.

Summary

Gangplank is an Amazing Champion and as I continue to play more game with this champ, and as I improve my strategies and test different items I will try and update this build. I'm new to uploading builds so be kind. Also any comments would be nice.
