The concept itself isn't too bad at least, but basically what Meiyjhe said above, and also you need to at least attempt at bb coding, and also need different sections before actually publishing a guide. I won't vote yet for the sake of you to actually improve your guide.

Always explain everything you put in your build.
That is the minimal requirement.

What you are still missing is:
* Runes explanation
* Masteries explanation
* A structured item section

And then when you are at it anyway:
* Add a tactics section
* Bring the text under the pictures or next to it, not both.
* Add more information and explanation overall :P

The guide you have is less than minimal, so you have a hell lot to improve.
