Caitlyn: Snipers are OP
Guardian angel has no place on this summoner. I don't think the cool down reduction boots are the right choice either. She really wants 3 things, Damage, speed, and crit.
I build her with the +25% attack speed boots, PHANTOMS, Infinity(+75ad, the last 15% crit you need, Last whisper (all the armor pen you need), and Bloodthirster and MBR.
I hear 1400 damage auto attack headshot crits are pretty nice. She doesn't need cooldown reduction, her best ability is peacemaker shot, already on a low enough cooldown early game, and late game she just autoattacks.
1.8 attacks per second, 52% crit, 300+ AD

You're item pictures are a tad messed up in the build. You get max cooldown, however, and you focus ArPen and damage. You don't really go into a lot of detail in the guide section. If you were to really bulk up the description, thoroughly describing your choices, this would be a guide worth using.
