Runes

Marks - Greater Mark of Desolation These are a must in my opinion.

Seal - I love these runes on almost every champ but you could also go with Greater Seal of Attack Speed.

Glyph - Just like the Seals, I'm a fan of these but you could also use Greater Glyph of Attack Speed.

Quintessence - Greater Quintessence of Desolation Some more ArP but if they're squishy I might take Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed.

Masteries

I go into Offense and take and for the insane damage boost and bring the rest of my points into Defense for and for easier/faster jungling.

Items

Normally I start with and x5 .

Do a bottom gank as soon as you get red buff if they need it, but if they don't just get blue buff and gank top/counter jungle. Once you have enough gold for both and go buy them and continue ganking.

Next aim for the before the but you might have enough for both if things go as planned.

will make it very easy to gank all lanes and don't be afraid to go back for items like or if you notice all your lanes are pushed.

You'll want to go back to get as soon as you have enough which will make you're ganks a lot easier.

Depending on your team comp you could either get or start building right away.

Next I would finish building you're which will probably be you're last item.

If the game drags on then start building and sell you're for .

Skill Sequence

Passive -
Make sure to place you're Jack In The Box behind the jungle monsters and to attack someone in the back when using Deceive. The passive damage a lot of the time will be what gives you enough damage for the gank kills.

Q -
This is the spell that makes Shaco viable. It will let you gank, make opponents buy oracles/pinks and work like a flash in case you get in a bad situation. If you're trying to get away from people try always Deceiving through walls.

W -
These work as short ranged wards but only last for a minute and a half but you'll mostly use these for escaping and placing them before a gank so they run into it and die if they get lucky enough to survive you. You want to get this at level 1 for jungling.

E -
The passive on this helps you early in the jungle but is mostly used for hard damage and the slow when ganking. I max this out first but only get it at level 3. If you're not able to do a level 2 gank then I would get this at level 2 and just get Deceive at level 3.

R -
I normally use this for opening up on a team fight so they kill it and hit their entire team for almost half hp. This could also be used for faking your opponent when trying to escape. My favourite use for this is soloing dragon at level 6. Make your clone attack the dragon and then get behind the dragon so you activate your passive and place a Jack In The Box behind the dragon.

Summoner Spells

Always use this if you're jungling.

I use this for because most of the time you will be fighting support and/or lifesteal champions. This just assures you the kill on them. If you don't get your Phage early enough or think you'll need to get some extra hits on whoever you're ganking then you could go with Exhaust.

Jungling

Right when the game starts you'll want to place 2 Jack In The Box by the small golems and 2 by red buff. When small golems spawn (1:40) drag them to you're boxes and kill them quickly. Next go to red buff and drag him to your boxes and place another box behind him. Once you have red buff look for gank opportunities. If you don't see any then continue jungling to blue buff, he'll only need one box to take down.

Summary

Overall Shaco is a very Offensive jungler. You'll want to be ganking about 75% of the time and jungling 25%. HOPE THIS HELPS!! GLHF!
