It's not against the rules, it's just plain disrespectful. When you first posted the guide, you stated that it was inspired by Ferrovials guide, which is acceptable. However, you removed that with your first edit, which is basically saying, "This is my guide which I created on my own, inspired by myself."

OK, point taken. I honestly meant no disrespect I just thought it was different enough. I'll archive the build and in the future if I come up with something more different ill make a new guide.
The point of this build was in fact to take his and modify it for Dominion, I've never denied that. I still don't see how this is a bad thing if he hasn't made a dominion build. I love his build, which is why I wanted to modify it for Dominion. I guess that's against the LoL Mobafire rules you've just made up.

It's not based off Ferrovials, it's copied from Ferrovials, just in Dominion form. I'm personal friends with Ferrovial, and am going to tell all my friends to downvote this for unoriginality. Thanks!

Or Ferrovial. I saw how when you just began writing this guide, you said it was dedicated to one of them after you used their build, and this is basically the same exact thing, just in dominion form.

However, I haven't seen anyone try a pure AP build for Dominion. Here is my item build for AP:

This build is to maximize your Q and R with the early Magic Pen to make your spells hurt with each AP item I get. Rabadon's is the power you need. Nashor's and Morello's are for the CDR for R. I went with Nashor's first because the gold/CDR ratio of Nashors is less than Morello's, which means more CDR for your money.
