I'm not sure if is good. Your Q is better than the mastery and there is a soft movement speed cap (just google movement speed), which means you waste some stats, inefficient. Thunderlord's Decree is an option when you take since it scales with AD and AP.

is also better since you won't buy more than one tank item. The mastery scales from bonus armor and mr. With FH you get only get 4.5 extra armor and with SV you get only 2.75 extra mr. Furthermore, you don't even have mr or armor in your runes.

I think is another late game/tank option. It grants 5 more mr than SV. In the laning just a negatron cloak and you finish the item late game since the passive is only there useful. And what about ? It has great stats cass can benefit from plus the GW passive.

I think is good on Cassio. It helps get out of sticky situations. As most Cass mains know, it's really just a preference thing between and . However, I use because I don't run . As far as it really just isn't that good, as it is consistently statistically worse (check op.gg) but sometimes I use it purely for lane dominance.

does have good stats on Cassio but for me I think it is more situational against healing comps. In my guide I explain why I don't like it, it just makes me feel too squishy, and with 20% CDR runes I can focus more on Cass's core items. Now, are people gonna disagree? Of course. is how I like to build her because of the sustain, tankyness, and scaling. Give it a try sometime it feels great, just make sure to have 20% CDR runes. to me is as core as it is on . Do you have to build it? No. Does it help you sustain and survive to ultimately dish out more damage (especially in solo queue when you can't really rely too heavily on peel)? Yes. It goes nicely with healing from E combined with passive.
