Thanks a lot! I've done everything but for the changes in the gameplay part and the matchups section so far(and some coding stuff). Since I have a 3-day off school, I should be able to do the rest until monday night :)

I still feel like Berserker's Greaves are worth the mention with Statikk Shiv though. While I agree that Lucian is CDR reliant and works really well with extra procs on his passive, by going with the SS path you're already forgoing 10% CDR from Youmuu's. Getting the extra 25% AS from the boots on top of SS 40% synergizes much better with the 20% crit chance plus the earlier 25% from IE.

I dunno, maybe it all just comes down to personal preference. Either way, since you've promised to fix everything else, here's my upvote :)

Guide Content and Viability: I do not like Phantom Dancer on Lucian. I rarely get that late into the game and if I do, I replace SS with Youmuu's Ghostblade(perfhaps I should mention that this is possible). Berserker's Greaves is inferior to CDR boots regardless of the build, at least in my opinion, because as said in the guide the CDR boots provide overall more damage/ultility/mobility. I will make sure to add the rest.

Bonus: My synergies chapter is almost ready, matchups coming soon in the cheatsheet. I also made the goto thing, probably updated while you were reading, lol. Will make sure to add the rest over time :)

  • I personally like to have notes for each item section, as most people look up guides during the loading screen of the game or while they're recalling and won't have time to read through the entire guide. Having a few explanations can help people with making quick decisions as to what item they should take, and it's especially helpful for newer players who barely know what the items are.
    
  • I don't think it's necessary to say "choose" in the item section titles. You can add it in in the notes (mentioned above), and that'll take away any overhang of the "notes" scrollover on the AS/Crit and Lifesteal.
    
  • There's this awkward blank space after your "Round Off" item section. Maybe add something like consumables (wards, red pot, blue pot) to fill up the space?

  • Well, I made you the banner/headers myself and you've done a wonderful job of expanding on jamespongebob's coding. You get the 5 points here! • Runes and Masteries: 14/15 points
  • I totally agree for the most part! Personally, I run 4 armor/5 health seals because of the early game edge, but that's more personal preference than anything. Also, I know some people who like to run a single crit mark for the potential burst. While it's not completely necessary on Lucian, I think it's worth mentioning at least.
• Item Choices and Build: 12/15 points
  • Again, the major stuff is all there. But there are a couple things I think you left out.
    
  • No mention of Phantom Dancer at all? I think it's a better choice than SS for extremely late game, as it increases your crit chance and AS by 10% each, and the magic damage burst from SS scales off because you don't have any MPen.
    
  • While it's rare for most teams to be extremely tanky mid game, I think you should mention the path of building Last Whisper as a 3rd item when the enemy is stacking more than 2 major armor items.
    
  • When going with SS, I think Berserker's Greaves is actually better because that path is more autoattack based. With Youmuu's, it is more focused on CDR and as a result works better with Ionian Boots of Lucidity.
    
  • By selling your boots late game, you can pick up Zephyr, which offers everything Lucian needs in his kit (CDR, AS, AD, Tenacity).
• Skill Sequence and Explanations: 13/15 points
  • Explanations are relatively in-depth and the sequence is perfect. I do feel like you can add a lot more tips and tricks though. Examples:
  • Aiming your ult in a straight line that follows the path of the map can help a lot in hitting it. The mark is applied in an AOE, so hitting a nearby minion to give yourself a speed boost can help you catch up when chasing. You could also include what walls can you dash over.
• Gameplay: 13/15 points
  • I love the laning section. Extremely detailed and covers pretty much everything an ADC would need to know.
    
  • However, I feel like the Post-Laning phase could be expanded on further. You briefly talked about splitpushing and where to put wards, but you neglected several other aspects of it. When do you splitpush? Does your team comp suit it? When do you start backing off? Inner turret or Inhibitor turret? When do you rejoin your team?
    
  • Talk about sieging! Is Lucian good at pressuring enemies under tower? Under what circumstances or what team compositions are suited for this type of play style?

Bonus (13/20 points)

• Additional Chapters: 1/5 points
  • No matchups or synergies? :(
• Above and Beyond Explanations: 4/5 points
  • Incredibly detailed explanations throughout the guide. Nice!
• Above and Beyond Coding/Artwork: 3/5 points
  • Did you know even if you didn't use a custom table of contents, you can make goto tags to the already premade chapters? You have the "<<ToC • Masteries>>", so for "ToC", you could write [goto=top] and "Masteries" [goto=chapter 2].
    
  • You can wrap text around your icons by using the [float] code. I think these would look really nice in the sections with a lot of text with just a couple icons on the side.
    
  • For your combos section, it's pretty messy because the icons go onto the next line and don't follow each other perfectly. What I would do is have the icons on a line across the top of the text, and then indent the text itself underneath it.
• Positive Attitude towards Me and Other Readers: 5/5 points
  • Nothing else to say here :)

With that, you have a final score of 81/100. A really good score, but I feel like there's still a lot for you to improve. Because you're already so close to the 85 threshhold, just fix these things and you'll have my upvote :)

1. I like the "<<Introduction • Runes>>" but I would definately like them more if you would "goto" them :P
2. Size of summoner spells pictures that aren't flash are so rediculously small I almost thought that I was only allowed to pick flash. Increase the size of the other ones or reduce the size of flash... or both :3. This happends again at later sections
3. "Note though that it should be used correctly and that you lose quite a lot of lane presence if you prefer this over Heal." Define "correctly" and you can also recommend communication between the support and the reader Heal has such an impact on the game.
4. "Still it is a great fit in Lucian's kit under the right circumstances." Alright, so if people have high health, thats it? Surely it ain't
5. "My preferred boot choice on Lucian is Ionian Boots of Lucidity because of Lucian's dependency on his spells." So berserkers greaves are not an option at all? They are normally the standard ADC boots, does the AS give less added value than the CDR? Put it in your guide pls

Seems a solid guide in general. Not a lot of holes within the explanations, the structure in general is fine and your cheatsheet is awesome. If you would like to get an even better guide, I'd suggest looking at the tips that I gave and maybe add a synergy+matchups section to make the full picture complete.
